AI Automation for Businesses Across Cyprus

Across Cyprus, businesses often rely on websites, shared email inboxes, spreadsheets and specialist software. Miguelito AI develops custom AI agents and connected workflows to close the gaps between those tools while retaining the checks and approvals each business needs.

/Business automation

Business automation for Cyprus organisations

Each tool may work well independently, yet information can still be lost between the point of enquiry and the final action. Our work begins with the process itself. We establish where information enters, which records are authoritative, who needs to approve an action and how the result should be recorded.

That assessment lets us recommend straightforward rules-based automation where it is sufficient, or an AI-supported process where classification and interpretation add practical value.

Miguelito AI operates as part of Bricat Media and is based in Paphos. We work with businesses across Cyprus through remote collaboration and, where appropriate, in-person discovery meetings. Explore custom AI agents, business process automation and workflow integration.

/Hospitality

Automation for hospitality and tourism

Hotels, accommodation operators and hospitality businesses often receive enquiries through several channels. Booking questions, group requests, changes and service issues may be handled by different people using different systems. A carefully designed workflow can capture the enquiry, identify the relevant booking or guest context and route it to the correct team. Draft responses can be prepared for staff review where the business requires human confirmation of rates, availability or exceptions.

A seasonal business also needs clear handling when staffing levels change. Rather than promising an automatically staffed support desk, the workflow should identify what it can process safely and what must wait for a team member. Outstanding requests can sit in a structured queue with a clear owner and escalation rule. See also our hospitality industry page and customer service automation.

/Property

Property management and real estate

Property teams coordinate tenant messages, maintenance photos, contractor appointments and owner updates. When these records are distributed between personal inboxes and spreadsheets, it becomes difficult to see what has been completed. An integrated workflow can record incoming maintenance requests, associate them with the correct property, prepare a suggested priority and notify the responsible employee. Work orders, spending decisions and formal notices can remain behind approval steps.

For sales and letting teams, enquiries from a website can be structured and passed to the appropriate contact record, reducing repeated data entry and making follow-up easier to manage. Integration options depend on the property software and permissions available. Related reading: property management workflows and property management.

/Professional services

Professional services and administration

Law firms, accountants, consultants and other professional practices manage detailed requests, documents and deadlines. Automation may help with enquiry capture, assigning internal tasks, producing document checklists and preparing status summaries. A useful system must preserve the distinction between administrative processing and professional judgment. Client advice, contractual commitments and other sensitive outputs remain under the appropriate professional's control.

/Implementation

A practical implementation process

We begin by documenting a single workflow and its existing failure points. The design identifies required data, software connections, roles and approval boundaries. Development and testing then take place using suitable non-production environments or test records. Before launch, the business confirms that the process behaves as expected, including the cases where it should stop and request human action. The handover covers operation, support arrangements and what to do when an integration fails.

We offer an initial introductory conversation of up to 20 minutes. More detailed technical planning is undertaken through Business Consultation & Discovery, with fees and development-credit terms published on our Pricing page. One-time implementation and optional ongoing management are quoted separately.

/Illustrative patterns

Illustrative use cases (not client case studies)

A Paphos hospitality group could automate after-hours capture of booking questions, attach availability context from an authorised calendar export, and open tasks for reception each morning, without auto-confirming rates that require manager approval.

A Limassol property firm might route maintenance photos from tenants into a tagged queue, suggest priority from keywords and property history, and notify the assigned contractor only after an administrator confirms dispatch.

A Nicosia professional practice could standardise client intake from web and email into one record shape, trigger conflict checks or fee-estimate tasks, and produce a weekly pipeline summary for partners.

These are example patterns for planning, not references to named clients. Your workflow map determines what is built.

/Delivery

Locations across Cyprus

Our Paphos base supports projects in Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca as well as Paphos itself. Each city has a different concentration of industries, but the same principle applies: a successful automation must fit the actual software, people and business rules involved. Miguelito AI is part of Bricat Media. Design and delivery are centred in Paphos; we do not claim branch offices in other cities.

Cyprus and EU-facing projects involving personal data are discussed with minimisation, purpose limitation, retention and access control in mind. Integrations use documented APIs, webhooks or secure exports where appropriate.

/Investment

AI Automation Project Investment

For businesses across Cyprus, our starting prices give a clear sense of the one-time development investment and optional ongoing management in euro. Every implementation is scoped individually around your workflows, systems and technical complexity.

Business Consultation & Discovery: €500

The full consultation fee is credited toward the related one-time development project when the agreement is signed within 30 calendar days of receiving the completed assessment. Discovery credit does not apply to ongoing monthly management fees.

Published prices show one-time starting development fees and starting ongoing management fees (/month). They exclude applicable taxes. Final invoices reflect the applicable tax rules for your customer type and place of supply.

/FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide AI automation in Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca?

Yes. Miguelito AI is based in Paphos and works with businesses throughout Cyprus. Project discovery and implementation can be coordinated remotely, with in-person meetings when appropriate.

Can you connect an existing website to our CRM?

Where supported integration methods and appropriate access are available, we can design workflows that transfer validated enquiries into a CRM and assign follow-up tasks. We confirm the supported systems during discovery.

Will an AI agent make decisions without our staff?

The system's permissions and approval steps are defined in the project scope. Sensitive actions can require human confirmation, while routine administrative steps may run automatically where authorised.

Do you offer monthly support?

Yes, where agreed. Ongoing management can cover monitoring, corrective maintenance and defined support arrangements. The level of service and applicable running costs are stated separately in the proposal.

Do you only work with businesses physically in Cyprus?

No. We work with Cypriot companies and international organisations that want a Cyprus-based delivery partner. Communication is in English unless another language is agreed in scope.

Communication uses British English. Starting prices and discovery terms are on our pricing page.
