Before recommending a solution, we review the business process, existing systems and technical requirements. The paid discovery engagement provides a structured assessment of the opportunities, constraints and recommended implementation approach.

The full consultation fee is credited toward the related one-time development project when the agreement is signed within 30 calendar days of receiving the completed assessment. Discovery credit does not apply to ongoing monthly management fees.

For projects requiring detailed analysis, we conduct a paid discovery engagement and prepare a written assessment. The fee is paid before the work begins.

Following discovery, we provide a tailored proposal outlining the agreed scope, deliverables, implementation stages, one-time development price and any optional ongoing management. If the qualifying agreement is signed within 30 calendar days, the discovery fee is credited in full toward development only.

Ongoing management covers the agreed monitoring, maintenance and support requirements of your implemented solution. Final monthly fees depend on the systems, integrations and level of support required.
Standard ongoing management covers the agreed maintenance and monitoring of the implemented solution. Each proposal identifies the covered systems, monitoring approach, corrective-work allowance, support hours or windows, reporting rhythm, usage limits and whether hosting is included. Unlimited support, unlimited AI usage and 24/7 coverage are not included unless expressly agreed. New features, additional integrations, API fees and AI model usage are quoted separately. For SEO & Digital Intelligence, monthly management covers the agreed analytics and reporting implementation, not a full SEO retainer.
Ongoing management is optional. Documented handover without managed service is available when that arrangement suits your team. Additional operational costs such as third-party software, paid API access and AI model usage remain separately identified in the proposal.
